CHECKING YOUR CHILD IN/OUT

-THE SAFETY GUIDELINES

Crosspoint church values the safety and care of your child(ren). For this reason we have adopted the following safety requirements:

All children are to be checked-in by their parent/guardian at each attended service. See "THE CHECK-IN PROCESS' section below.
All children are to be checked-out by the same parent/guardian who checked them in.
No one under the age of 18 may check a child in/out.
Children will not be released to anyone without matching bands.
A registration form must be filled out for all children before they can be checked-in (this only needs to be done once for each child).
Children who are currently sick or have been sick within the last 24 hours will need to stay with their parent/guardian.
Diaper babies should be changed prior to check-in (changing tables are available for your use).
Please print your child's name on all bags, coats and other belongings.
All children should be checked-in at least 15 minutes prior to service start time.
Children's Church does not allow late check-ins.
All children should be checked-out immediately after service end time.

-THE CHECK-IN PROCESS

Child check-in is located in the first classroom of the Crosspoint Kids wing. Here you will be greeted with a warm smile and trained volunteers at the check-in desk.

Upon your first visit volunteers will guide you through the registration process. Once your child(ren) is/are registered a volunteer will help you with the check-in/out process. During this quick and easy process you will sign your name on our "Check-in/out Sheet". At this time you and your child(ren) will be given wristbands with coordinating numbers. Once "checked-in" a volunteer will lead them upstairs to Children's Church or into a younger care room.

Should a problem arise while your child is in our care, we will use provide information to contact you. You should promptly report to the check-in/out desk. If we do not receive a response from you we will send one of our Volunteers to contact you.

You are encouraged to check-out your child(ren) immediately after service has ended. All children will be checked-out at the same place they were checked-in. This is also a quick and easy process. Just sign the "Check-in/out Sheet" and a volunteer will bring your child(ren) right to you. All bands, tags, etc. should be removed at this time.
